- Assorted Cold Meats - a variety of assorted cold meats including Ham, Mortadella, Salami and Turkey at $2.20 per guest.
- Chicken - Cold chicken at $2.90 per guest.
- Continental meats and gourmet cheeses at $2.20 per guest.
- Antipasto - includes marinated vegetables, olives, cheeses, sundried tomatoes and continental meats at $3.80 per guest.

- Fresh Fruit Platter - at $2.70 per guest.
STAFF
(Prices include GST)
To present your Classic Spit Roast, we recommend you utilise the services of professionally trained personnel who can attend your function, serve the food and clean up, allowing you to enjoy the celebration. A Carvery Attendant will be present to carve the roast, plus one or two Catering Assistants depending of the size of the function, or you can choose to do it yourself.
- DIY incurs a $62.50 delivery fee.
- Cost for Carvery Attendant:
$142 for four hours.
- Cost for Catering Assistant:
$95 for four hours.
A surcharge applies for public holidays and for bookings at venues outside the Melbourne Metropolitan area.
BEVERAGES
We can also assist with all your Beverage requirements. Our Beverage packages include unlimited beverages, served over a 2, 3 or 4 hour time period and include all glassware, ice and staff. Pricing depends upon the serving period you require, and also the standard of beverages to be served (eg VB beer, or Crown Lager).
