CHEFS AND WAITERS/WAITRESSES
To present your Aussie BBQ Menu, we recommend you utilise the services of professionally trained personnel who can attend your s)function, serve the food and clean up, allowing you to enjoy the celebration. A Chef(s) will be present to carve the roast, plus one or two Waiter/Waitresses depending on the size of the function, or you can choose to do it yourself.
- Carve Delivery Fee $60.00 plus .50cents per person
- Cost for Chef:
$130 for four hours.
- Cost for Waiter/Waitress:
$110 for four hours.
- Cost for Bar Attendant
$130 for four hours
A surcharge applies for public holidays and for bookings at venues outside the Brisbane Metropolitan area.
