Main Course - $1.50 per guest for 9 inch plates (Melamine) plus Knives, forks and serviettes.
Main and Dessert - $1.95 per guest. As above, but includes 7 inch dessert plates and spoons.

Main Course - $0.85 per guest for high quality 9 inch plates, knives, forks and serviettes.

CHEFS AND WAITERS/WAITRESSES

To present your Traditional Christmas, we recommend you utilise the services of professionally trained personnel who can attend your function, serve the food and clean up, allowing you to enjoy the celebration. A Chef will be present to carve the roast, plus one or two Waiter/Waitresses depending on the size of the function, or you can choose to do it yourself.

  • Cost for Chef:
    $130 for four hours.
  • Cost for Waiter/Waitress:
    $110 for four hours.
  • Cost for Bar Attendant
    $130 for four hours

A surcharge applies for public holidays and for bookings at venues outside the Metropolitan area.
