THE SPECIAL FREE OFFER ( Minimum 40 Guests) INCURS A $2.00 Surcharge for DECEMBER and only applies to the Classic Spit Roast Menu.
An ideal way to cater for a crowd, be it a Wedding Reception, Engagement Party, Birthday Celebration, Corporate party or Hens or Bucks Night . Our Classic Spit Roast menu includes a choice of two of the following meats.
- Tender Marinated Roast Beef with delicious piping hot gravy.
Plus a choice of either:
- Crackling Roast Pork with apple sauce.
or
- Succulent Roast Lamb with mint sauce.
All three meats are available for an additional $1.95 per guest.
Served with hot jacket potatoes with lashings of sour cream and chives, and a variety of fresh bread rolls, French bread sticks, damper and butter.
The Classic Spit Roast also includes a choice of freshly prepared salads and/or vegetables from the selections below.

CHEFS AND WAITERS/WAITRESSES
To present your Classic Spit Roast, we recommend you utilise the services of professionally trained personnel who can attend your function, serve the food and clean up, allowing you to enjoy the celebration. A Chef will be present to carve the roast, plus one or two Waiter/Waitresses depending on the size of the function, or you can choose to do it yourself.
- Carve Delivery . $60.00 plus .50cents per guest.
- Cost for Chef:
$120 for up to four hours.(Includes some pre arrival Preparation)
- Cost for Waiter/Waitress:
$90 for four hours.(Includes some pre-arrival Preparation)
- Cost for Bar Attendant
$120 for four hours
