CHEFS AND WAITERS/WAITRESSES
To present your Aussie BBQ Menu, we recommend you utilise the services of professionally trained personnel who can attend your function, serve the food and clean up, allowing you to enjoy the celebration. A Chef will be present to carve the roast, plus one or two Waiter/Waitresses depending on the size of the function, or you can choose to do it yourself.
- Carve Delivery : $60.00 plus .50 cents per person
- Cost for Chef:
$120 for four hours.
- Cost for Waiter/Waitress:
$90 for four hours.
- Cost for Bar Attendant
$120 for four hours
A surcharge applies for the month of December of $2.00 P.P.
