Your special day requires special planning. We can organise to sit down with you and discuss your Wedding Reception ideas. We can adapt any of our menus to suit your needs but our most popular wedding selections are:

To present your Wedding Reception Banquet, we recommend you utilise the services of professionally trained personnel who can attend your function, serve the food and clean up, allowing you to enjoy the celebration. A Carvery Attendant will be present to carve the roast, plus one or two Catering Assistants depending of the size of the function, or you can choose to do it yourself.

THREE ROAST MEATS

  • Tender Marinated Roast Beef with delicious piping hot gravy.
  • Roast Pork with apple sauce.
  • Succulent Roast Lamb and mint sauce.

The Wedding Banquet also includes a choice of six freshly prepared salads and/or vegetables from the selections below.

Main Course - $1.50 per guest for 9 inch plates (Melamine) and Knives, forks and serviettes.
Main and Dessert - $1.95 per guest. As above, but includes 7 inch dessert plates and spoons.

Main Course - $0.85er guest for high quality 9 inch plates, knives, forks and serviettes.
Main and Dessert - $1.05 per guest. As above, but includes 7 inch dessert plates and spoons.

  • Chicken - Cold chicken at $2.55 per guest.
  • Continental meats and gourmet cheeses at $2.05 per guest.
  • Antipasto - includes marinated vegetables, olives, cheeses, sundried tomatoes and continental meats at $2.05 per guest.
  • Assorted Cheeses - a selection of local cheeses at $1.95 per guest.
  • International Cheese Platter - a fine selection of gourmet cheeses at $2.55 per guest
  • Fresh Fruit Platter - at $2.55 per guest.

CHEFS AND WAITERS/WAITRESSES

Aussie Spit Roast can accommodate special dietary requirements and can also supply cutlery and crockery for your guests to use. Please enquire with our staff for these items.

The friendly, professional chef will prepare, care and attend to the buffet and will serve the bridal table.

  • Cost for Chef: (Prices include GST)
    $120 for four hours.
  • Cost for waiter/waitress:
    $90 for four hours.
