Hot Accompaniments
Each of the Vegetarian and other Hot Accompaniments below, are appropriate for approximately 16 serves as an Appetiser or 8 serves if eaten as whole meals.

Platters
Each platter serves around 50 Guests based on the platters being used as ‘nibblies’ on guest arrival and prior to the main meal being served, not as a meal replacement.






  Extra Meats
For an extra $0.50 per Guest you will receive one of our other succulent Spit Roasted metas in addition to the Prime Yearling Beef served - the following minimum Guest numbers would apply to having 2 meats: 1 Football Roll (with 2 meats) – minimum 80 Guests 1.5 Football Roll (with 2 meats) – minimum 50 Guests 2 Football Roll (with 2 meats) – minimum 30 Guests

For an additional $2.95 per guest, include a selection of our fantastic desserts - *30-49 Guests - Pavlova plus 1 other selection *50+ Guests - Pavlova plus 2 other selections

 Catering Staff
 To present your Roast Carvery Rolls Menu, we recommend you utilise the services of our Catering Staff, who can attend your function & carve the roast, or you can choose to do it yourself by either having the whole meat delivered to your function with the bread rolls or by having it carved first by our chef before delivery.
